GFEIS – OPTION 1
Dorf Tirol » Longfall » Gfeis » Finele » Dorf Tirol
Take the bus to the Tiroler Kreuz (inn). Follow trail no. 6 through the Spronser Valley to the Longfaller bridge. (NB: another trail runs to the right a little before this over the Spronserbach beck and opens out into trail no. 24). Turn off here and onto trail no. 24 as far as Longfall (inn, 1075 m). Follow trail no. 24, which zigzags uphill through the forest, as far as Gfeis (Walde Inn, 1310 m). Then return on trail no. 24 again to the “Grosse Fichte” junction. From here take trail no. 21 which zigzags downhill past the earth pyramids to the “Mutlechner” (837 m). Continue downhill on trail no. 9, cross the Finelebach brook and follow the “Tirol” signposts through the orchards past Auer Castle back to Dorf Tirol.
